Tengah Island Conservation works with Johor’s island communities to manage waste, operate an eco-learning centre, and run marine education programmes—cutting pollution, improving tourism practices, and supporting long-term care of island ecosystems.

Kebun Kota restores Taman Pertanian Jubli Perak by cleaning polluted waterways, clearing unsafe structures, and upgrading paths and facilities, with the goal of reopening sections of the park for public use, environmental learning, and community activities.

Building capacity for indigenous women in sustainable tourism ventures provides a new stream of income and infuses a localised perspective into the ecotourism experience, which are crucial indicators of success for the sustainability of a project.

Strengthening sustainable tourism on Perhentian Island through waste reduction, marine research, and community training, supporting local livelihoods while protecting sea turtles, improving safety, and promoting ethical wildlife experiences.

Along the Nakawan Range in Perlis, Monyet Ventures develops a community heritage trail with local partners, documenting natural and cultural sites, improving visitor access, and equipping residents to manage and maintain the route.

Beagle Books works with Kaki Bukit residents to record tin-mining history through interviews, archival photographs, and visual storytelling—producing a community-based photographic exhibition that documents the town’s people, heritage, and transformation over time.

Speleo Venture carries out safety upgrades, lighting changes, and guide training at Gua Kelam 2 with local contractors and Perlis Forestry—preparing the historic tin-mining cave for controlled public access.
