Tengah Island Conservation works with Johor’s island communities to manage waste, operate an eco-learning centre, and run marine education programmes—cutting pollution, improving tourism practices, and supporting long-term care of island ecosystems.

Kebun Kota restores Taman Pertanian Jubli Perak by cleaning polluted waterways, clearing unsafe structures, and upgrading paths and facilities, with the goal of reopening sections of the park for public use, environmental learning, and community activities.

Beagle Books works with Kaki Bukit residents to record tin-mining history through interviews, archival photographs, and visual storytelling—producing a community-based photographic exhibition that documents the town’s people, heritage, and transformation over time.

Speleo Venture carries out safety upgrades, lighting changes, and guide training at Gua Kelam 2 with local contractors and Perlis Forestry—preparing the historic tin-mining cave for controlled public access.
